How long does it take to check documents?

After you upload documents to your personal account or send them by e-mail, our operator will process the data within several working hours. If the documents meet the requirements, they will be submitted for review to the internal control service. This check usually takes 1-2 business days. You'll be notified of all verification stages by e-mail.

Please direct your attention to clause 1.4 that regulates this issue. The Company reserves the right to investigate the nature of any dubious non-trading operations and to suspend such operations until the reasons why they occurred are identified, and the investigation is completed.
