DAX set to open slightly lower this morning
An update here yesterday afternoon noted how the DAX came close to reaching a new all time high above 18,567, but that it stalled short of that level. The DAX topped out at 18,542 and then fell back to a low at 18,427, before rebounding into the close. The DAX closed yesterday at 18,498, with a gain of 68 points (+0.37%) on the day. Since that close yesterday the DAX futures have priced a reopening to above 18,550, but that is not the case right now, as the opening looms. The DAX is just now priced to reopen a little lower, around 18,480. So, it remains to be seen, if the index can launch another attack on that current record, or reject it again today
