US labour market data contradictory

According to data published by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics on Friday 209,000 new non-farm jobs were created in June of this year, which is slightly below projected levels. Total unemployment remains unchanged, with the average hourly wage rising by 4.4% on an annualised basis, which is slightly above the level forecast by the majority of analysts. After the data was published, the dollar weakened slightly.
