S+P 500 futures still not making any headway today

Earlier today we published an update looking at potential risks to the macro outlook for the US stock markets, with emphasis on the broader picture as defined by the S+P 500 index. Well, since then the opening outlook for today has been struggling for traction. The S+P 500 is clearly being held down by the Nasdaq 100 futures, which are still in the red. 

The Dow Jones futures are also in the red now too and that is adding pressure on the S+P 500. So, as we write the opening call is pretty close to session lows. We remind readers of where the index closed on Friday, at 7,674.37. The S+P 500 is currently priced to reopen around 7,652
