Mixed numbers from Tesla and a miss from IBM sour the Nasdaq 100 futures

Well, the Q2 earnings results from Tesla have also now hit the screens and it was rather a mixed report from the US automotive and tech giant. The missed on EPS at $0.33, where the markets were expecting $0.52, but revenue did beat forecasts, rising to $28.2 billion. The markets had expected revenue of $25.99 billion

Also just out now is the Q2 earnings numbers from IBM. Those were not so hot, missing on the top and the bottom line and that has further dented the stock price in the grey market and hence the Nasdaq 100 future is now a little lower, but once again not by that much yet. The index is currently priced to reopen tomorrow around 28,990
