DAX and CAC set new records on the opening
The European stock markets have just this minute reopened for live trading and it has already been a red letter day for the DAX and the CAC. Both have just now set fresh opening records and fresh all time highs as well. The CAC has made a move above 8,642 and raised nabob 8,660 in very early trading.
The DAX has powered higher and just now tested the 26,200 marker. Even the FTSE 100 is making progress, as we thought it might earlier, due to some positive earnings reports and that index has now lifted back above the 10,900 handle in early trading. The DAX is right now actually edging above 26,200, currently trading at 26,205
