Nasdaq 100 kicks off the new week in the green- will it end the week that way?

Much earlier today we noted how the Nasdaq 100 futures were pricing a markedly higher opening today, following a close on Friday, at 28,128. Since that update the Nasdaq 100 futures have priced that opening as high as 28,600, but they were paring it ahead of the opening. The index has just this minute officially reopened at 28,412. 

We also touched on the very important Q2 earnings reports due later this week, from Meta, Microsoft, Apple and Amazon and we shall be looking at those again over the next couple of days before the first one drops across the screens after the close on Wednesday evening. 

The early price action across the Nasdaq 100 and the Dow Jones seems to indicate that once again we have positive rotations into the Dow at the relative expense of the Nasdaq 100, but of course that might change. The Nasdaq 100 has traded as low as 28,348 so far. It is currently trading at 28,360
