USDX is an index that tracks the ratio of the US dollar to a basket of six major world currencies.

It is calculated as the geometric mean. The specific weights of the currencies in the index are as follows:
Euro – 57.6%;
Yen – 13.6%;
Pound sterling – 11.9%;
The Canadian dollar – 9.1%;
Swedish krona – 4.2%;
Swiss franc – 3.6%

Investment opportunities
