Wheat

Wheat is a crop grown in most countries as one of the major sources of food.

By weighting equivalent, wheat is second only to rice among all crops. Wheat is used to make flour, as well as in brewing, producing glues, as a feed crop and for producing eco-fuels.

Among major wheat exporters, one can name the US, the EU, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Russia, and Ukraine. Major importers are South Africa, Mexico, Japan, Brazil and the countries of the Middle East.
