Greece stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Travel, Media and Retail sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Athens, the Athens General Composite gained 0.64%.
The best performers of the session on the Athens General Composite were Coca Cola HBC AG (AT:EEEr), which rose 5.13% or 1.3250 points to trade at 27.1450 at the close. Meanwhile, Kri-Kri Milk (AT:KRIr) added 3.53% or 0.150 points to end at 4.400 and Hygeia (AT:HYGr) was up 2.02% or 0.018 points to 0.908 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Karatzi (AT:KRTr), which unchanged 0% or 0.000 points to trade at 6.300 at the close. Alpha Bank SA (AT:ACBr) declined 3.23% or 0.043 points to end at 1.287 and European Reliance General Insurance Co SA (AT:EREr) was up 1.47% or 0.050 points to 3.450.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Athens Stock Exchange by 71 to 40 and 15 ended unchanged.
Gold Futures for December delivery was down 0.09% or 1.10 to $1225.10 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in December fell 0.71% or 0.44 to hit $61.23 a barrel, while the January Brent oil contract fell 0.60% or 0.43 to trade at $71.64 a barrel.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 96.06.
