Yet more records on Wall Street as Nasdaq 100 leads the way again

Yesterday it was once again the tech sector and the Nasdaq 100 that led the gains on Wall Street. The index put on roughly double the percentage gains seen in the Dow Jones and the S+P 500. The Nasdaq gained 1.24%, where it was 0.69% for the Dow and 0.61% for the S+P. The Dow and the S+P 500 still set closing records though. The Nasdaq set a new all time record high at 21,498 and closed very near that too, ending the session 263 points higher, at 21,492. The scene across Asia this morning is rather mixed and there is a good deal of red in places too. That has helped to push the Nasdaq 100 futures a little lower this morning, but not by much and certainly not by anything that might suggest the index has yet topped out. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen around 21,463 later today
