Is the worst over? -USD recovers back above 143 as Yen crosses bounce too

Earlier this morning the USD/JPY slumped to a low at 141.70. That came as the Nikkei suffered its worst ever one-day points fall. The dollar is on the rebound just now tough and recovering back above the 143 handle. It is taking the major Yen crosses higher with it and those are off their worst levels of the day too. The European stock markets are also attempting to lift from their worst levels after the opening not long ago. The USD/JPY may not be out of the woods yet and it remains to be seen, if this is just another bounce before a resumption of the downside trend continues? Hard to say right now, given just how much the dollar has fallen over the past 3 trading days. We shall see. The USD/JPY is currently trading at 143.05
