USD/JPY extends gains to above 154
The USD/JPY has now reclaimed the 154 handle which is a milestone it could recover last week. The move higher comes as US yields remain relatively elevated, although not higher than earlier this morning. The high seen so far has been set at 154.10. The next technical level of note is still some way further though and not reached until 154.84. Ahead of that lies a less important technical level from the high seen on November 26, at 154.49. The USD/JPY is currently trading at 154.08
