US stocks somewhat directionless in early trading-check out the Nasdaq 100
The US stock markets have not long reopened for the final trading session of the week. It has been a very modestly higher opening across the board this afternoon and certainly not one that is directionally clear at this early stage. The Nasdaq 100, which closed last night at 22,030, reopened at 22,038. It has traded immediately to a high so far at 22,064, but just as quickly relinquished that gain and it has since dropped back to 22,010. So, as you can see, pretty slight moves thus far. It is a similar story for the Dow Jones and the S+P 500 too. The Nasdaq 100 is right now trading at 22,030
