US stocks slightly underwhelm on the opening-check out the Nasdaq 100
The US stock markets have not long reopened for live trading and it has been something of a muted start to the session. The European stock markets have continued to lose traction, both before and after the US opening and that might be a drag on the early US price action. That said, the Nasdaq 100 is the best peformer in early trading relative to where the futures were just ahead of the opening. That said, all three major indexes are not exactly charging higher in early trading. The Nasdaq 100 is currently trading at 19,255
