US stocks open lower- Nasdaq 100 slips after kicking off above 21,100

Earlier this afternoon the Nasdaq 100 was priced to reopen below 21k. The low indication was around 20,975. However, before the US markets rebounded all the US futures managed to recover from the lows in the futures and that has set up an opening just now that was not as negative as seemed likely then. So, the Nasdaq 100 has just reopened above 21,100. However, it is very early days for the price action and it is falling back right now. Also we have those US PMI numbers about to drop shortly, at1.45pm GMT. Perhaps whatever we get there might better help to shape how this session will develop. We shall shortly find out
