US stocks open lower- The Dow Jones rebounds as Trump offers vocal support

The US stock markets did open lower a short while ago, but not by anything like as much as seemed likely earlier. In fact all three indexes are now bouncing back into positive territory in early trading. The price action remains incredibly fluid and sporadic at times. The US markets are just  now seemingly reacting to comments a moment ago from the US President, urging punters to buy stocks, repeating that everything will be just fine. Well, is seems those attempts to soothe the markets have not fallen on deaf ears in early trading. However, please remember this is an interim bounce and we saw that yesterday, did we not? The S+P 500 is back above 5k and the Nasdaq 100 is bouncing too. The Dow Jones is also making headway after opening lower, at 37,387. The index is right now at 37,500
