US stocks open higher- Nasdaq tests 20,150
The US stock markets have just this minute reopened for live trade and it has been a moderately higher opening and one where all three major indexes pretty much matched strides in terms of percentage gains. Of course that is likely to change as the afternoon progresses. The Nasdaq 100 closed last night at 20,115 and it reopened today at 20,147, but so far it has balked at any progress beyond 20,150. The high seen so far has been set at 20,152 and it then slightly backed away from that, to set a session low so far at 20,122. As you can see, right now the opening range is very tight and therefore unlikely to persist. The index is currently trading at 20,128
