US stocks open higher-check out the Nasdaq 100
The Nasdaq 100 has just reopened and it has been a positive start to the day for the tech sector index. The Nasdaq 100 had closed last night, 89 points lower, at 15.788. It has just officially reopened at 15,888. The opening moves have been on the topside too, but given where it is at right now, it is still very much in midrange, between 15,700 and 16,000. The Dow Jones has also opened higher too and so far rejected any immediate plans to fall below 36k. However, it is very early in the session and there is plenty of time an opportunity for directional change. The Nasdaq 100 is currently trading at 15,938
