US stocks continue to turn lower- Dow Jones leads the way
The US stock markets are now all falling further into the red and that has come alongside further dollar strength. The GBP/USD is below the 1.30 handle and the EUR/USD is at session lows close to 1.0825. The European stock markets have all slipped further into the close and it is a negative vista across the board for the leading indexes here. The Dow Jones has now led the US losses in percentage terms, as it trades below 42,875 a moment ago. Even the Nasdaq 100 has retreated and given up earlier favourable rotational attempts to push higher. The higher dollar has also weighed on Bitcoin, which has now traded below 67k a moment ago. The Dow Jones is currently trading at 42,880 and so as things stand right now; not a great start to the week
