Until recently United Health was the largest stock component by market cap in the Dow Jones. You surely know much about all the recent news concerning this company, not least the assassination of its CEO late last year. Since then and the tumble in the share price, the stock has handed over the top slot in the Dow Jones to Goldman Sachs (GS). Incidentally Goldmans reported even better Q4 numbers than JPM yesterday and that led GS to top the gains for Dow stocks, rising by 6% on the day. There are more bank earnings numbers due later this morning, namely from Bank of America and Morgan Stanley. So, at 10.55am GMT today we get Q4 results from United Health and seeing that stock is now number 2 in the Dow Jones, those results are definitely on the radar for the Dow Jones futures this morning.
