UK press reports cite US attack on Iran as imminent -DAX falls to fresh session lows

Now, please do not take this as read, but according to a news article in the UK press, the US is close to launching an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities. This if true would represent a series risk-off event for the global financial markets. However, the UK newspaper in question (The Daily Mail) does have a track record for unreliable reporting and as such its validity will not be endorsed here. Quick news is just the messenger in that respect. This news has not just come and apparently it was published more than an hour ago, so that might explain the further downside we have seen over that period in the US futures and across the markets here in Europe.
