The index peaked at 6,050.71.The Nasdaq 100 later closed 234 points higher, at 21,164 which was a record close for the index.  The price action in the Nasdaq 100 futures overnight during the Asian session today has seen a slight lift, as the Nikkei 225 leads the gains. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen around 21,175
