Tesla (TSLA) slips in the Grey market after earnings report

The Q2 results from Tesla (TSLA) have also just been released along with results from Visa (V) and Texas Instruments (TXN). The Visa and Texas numbers were pretty good, but not by any means better than forecasts. The report from Tesla was less impressive though, with a beat on revenue, but a miss on EPS. The news that it will not meet certain targets this year is what has sent the share price lower in the grey market after the close this evening. The price was lower in the grey market by around 2% at the last look and that has dented an earlier attempt by the Nasdaq 100 futures to press higher above 19,800. The index is slipping back towards 19,750 as this update is concluded
