Second time lucky for the Dow Jones as it trades above 40k for the first time ever
Since the last update here on the Dow Jones, the index has rebounded and it has now managed to print a trade at 40,000 for the first time ever (40,000.54 the high). That 40k price point is a massive milestone for the index and it remains to be seen, if it might set a daily close above this level tonight. The move higher in the Dow comes as both the Nasdaq 100 and S+P 500 set fresh records this afternoon too. The Dow Jones is currently trading at 39,995
