Rotation out of tech sees Nasdaq 100 slip back record highs

The Nasdaq 100 set a new all time opening high this afternoon, at 21,171, after posting a record close on Friday, at 21,117. The index rose immediately to set a new all time intraday record at 21,182. However, since the opening the index has reversed sharply and dropped below 21,100 and closer to the 21k level. The reason for that would seem to rest with losses in the Chip marker sector, outweighing further gains in Tesla today. NVIDIA (NVDA) is amongst those companies under pressure just now. There also appears to be rotation at play, with the Dow Jones powering towards 44,500 right now . So, the Nasdaq 100 has just hit a session low at 21,046.
