Rotation gets the better of the Dow Jones futures this morning

Last week the Q1 results from the hottest stock on the planet right now saw the NVIDIA share price  set fresh records and that of course boosted the Nasdaq 100 to fresh records too, as just noted in the previous update. However, the gains there came at the expense of the S+P 500 and more so the Dow Jones, as rotation from the wider market feed into further tech sector buying. That helped to push the Dow Jones lower into the close. Earlier in the day the Dow had peaked at 39,220. It later closed just 4 points higher, at 39,069. The US markets are closed today, but the Dow futures are trading right now and currently pricing a slightly lower opening for tomorrow, right now at around 39,040
