One hour in and it is the CAC 40 that is outperforming the rest
The European stock markets have been up and running for just over an hour now and in that time we have seen the FTSE 100 continue to struggle. The DAX is yet to make it back into positive territory too. Meantime, it is the CAC 40 that is performing the best of all so far. As noted here earlier, the index is now closer to the record high it set last year. Well, since the opening today it has gotten a bit closer. The index is right pushing close to the 8,200, and as you can see beating all its peers so far this morning. The CAC 40 is currently trading at 8,198
