Oil prices get a boost from Trump and stock gains- check out Brent above $68 this morning
Yesterday Oil prices were on the rebound and that saw the price of Brent crude for June delivery just edge above $68 per barrel. However, it was not able to sustain the move and later fell back slightly into the NYMEX settlement. Nevertheless, it still closed $1.18 higher on that exchange, at $67.44. The news from Trump and the rebound in US equity market futures this morning have all helped to push the price back above $68 again and towards $68.50. Brent is close to session highs right now, currently trading at $68.41
