NVIDIA leads Nasdaq 100 to the front again

Yesterday it was once again the Nasdaq 100 that outperformed the wider stock markets and if you were looking for a reason then look no further than the stock of the moment-NVIDIA. The company rose 4.9% yesterday and came close to its current record high, at $1,158.19- closing at $1,150.00. So, once again there was clear rotation between the Nasdaq and the Dow Jones, but more on that one in another update. So, the Nasdaq 100 closed 18,600, with a rise of 64 points on the day and it is clear; that without NVIDIA it would not have been a higher close for the Nasdaq last night. Overnight the Nasdaq 100 futures are treading water, as Asian stocks deliver mixed performances today. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen around where it closed last night
