Now the Nasdaq 100 takes over on the downside so BTC slides to fresh session lows
Since the last update noted the Dow Jones leading the US stock market losses after the opening today, it has now been overtaken by the Nasdaq 100. The US tech index has now fallen below 19,525 and that has been the catalyst for BTC to suffer another relapse. Earlier this afternoon BTC did fall below 85k, but the downside move stalled around 84,800 and it rebound modestly. Well, that slide in the Nasdaq 100 has now sent it sharply lower again and just now BTC hit a session low at 84,302 As per all this week; its fate from here on today would seem to like loosely with the path of the Nasdaq. BTC is right now at 84,340
