Not such a positive start for European stocks this morning- CAC 40 slips towards 7,500
The European stock markets have not long been open for the final live trading session of the week and it has not been a very auspicious start to the day. All three major indexes are in the red just now and the CAC 40 is leading the downside in percentage terms. The index reopened today at 7,530 after closing yesterday at 7,541. It is just now slipping towards the 7,500 handle again and it will be interesting to see, if the index can avoid a weekly close below that level later today. If that is not the case, then a close below 7,500 into the weekend might not bode well for the price action next week. We shall see as the day unfolds. The CAC 40 is currently trading at session lows, around 7,503
