No surprise to see US stocks open lower- check out the Nasdaq 100

The Nasdaq 100 closed last night at 21,180. The range seen yesterday was covered by 20,992 to 21,242. The low point was seen just after the European close and from there until the US close the index actually recovered to reach that session high, before drifting back into the close. Earlier today the Nasdaq 100 was pricing a reopening close to 21,200, but the futures took a hit after the US jobs data. The index was then priced to reopen as low as 20,875, but it has just this minute officially reopened at 21,012. Given the price action so far this week, it looks like we are set for another fast paced session ahead of the weekend. The index is right now trading at 20,985
