A new rebound high for the Dow Jones this afternoon
Following on from the previous update, noting the very positive start to the US equity market trading session, the Dow Jones has just now surpassed the rebound high it set earlier in the week, at 35,227. The index has just now risen above 32,250. It is backing off a little now and given the rapid start today, I would not rule out another bout of pre Thanks Giving profit-taking to kick in at some point. It seems rather obtuse to keep buying stocks without some caution ahead of what is going to be a long weekend for US investors. The Dow Jones is just now trading at 35,230
