Nasdaq slips as US stock futures edge lower into the cash opening
Earlier today the Nasdaq 100 futures were on the rebound and pricing a reopening close to where the index had closed on Friday, at 15,982. That was from an earlier Asian low underneath 15,900. However, over the past hour and more, the futures price has been edging back down again and with less than 20 minutes to go before live trading resumes, the futures are again pricing a lower opening. That might change between then and now and it might change when trading gets underway, but as things stand right now, the index is set for a lower opening, currently at around 15,935
