Nasdaq 100 set for a lower opening this afternoon
Following on from earlier updates here today, the opening outlook for the US stock markets has deteriorated. That has come amid further losses here in Europe and one that has seen the DAX fall back close to 22,550 earlier. It is not much above the earlier lows right now. The CAC 40 and FTSE 100 are both very much still in the red too. So, it is going to be a rather uncertain start to live US trashing this afternoon, amid a stream of continuous headlines surrounding Ukraine and the US trade tariff situation. The Nasdaq 100 was priced to open above 22,200 at one stage earlier today. Right now it is closer to 22,100. The current indication is right now around 22,125
