Nasdaq 100 in the red again
Earlier today the Nasdaq 100 opened higher, at 19,936. The index had closed last night at 19,799. The high seen just after the opening was set at 19,947, but that was the extent of the gains and since then the index has been tracking lower again. The Nasdaq has now fallen back to below the low point seen yesterday and that has delivered further downside extension to below 19,650 just now. The Dow Jones is back in the red now too and so as things currently stand across the US stock markets it is a more one-dimensional price action vista. That might change as the session develops after the European close. The Nasdaq 100 is currently trading at 19,645
