Nasdaq 100 presses above 19,900 early trading as month-end looms
The Nasdaq 100 reopened this afternoon at 18,817, after closing last night at 19,789. The low seen was at 19,789, hence testing that prior close. Well, since then it has been pushing higher again in the first 30 minutes of live trading and just now lifted above the 19,900 level. In pure percentage terms is it outperforming the Dow Jones in early trading and also beating the S+P 500. Of course this is the last trading day of the month, quarter and half-year, so it remains to be seen if there will be any kind of relapse ahead of the weekend. The Nasdaq 100 is currently trading at 19,950
