Yesterday the Nasdaq 100 managed to hold onto the 20k level. The index reopened slightly higher, at 20,172 and then fell back to a session low at 20,036. However, it then recovered to close at 20,174, with a very modest gain of just 14 points on the day. That was despite further losses of 6.49% for ASML. Notwithstanding that, the index was helped higher by broader gains elsewhere, notably a rebound of 4.49% in NVIDIA, 3.68% gains in Cisco and 4.76% for Micron Technology. So, far this morning the Nasdaq 100 futures are performing best of all amongst the major US indexes and currently pricing the opening at around 20,280
