Nasdaq 100 opens lower but it could have been worse
The US stock markets have just opened and it has not been a great start to the day. That said it looked earlier like it might be a lot worse. So, the Nasdaq 100 just kicked off the new week at exactly 21k. That is a 774 point lower opening from the close on Friday. The low seen so far is that opening level and it has pushed a little higher in the first 5 minutes of live trading. As mentioned many times already today; it remains to be seen how much it might bounce before sellers step in. The high just seen so far was set at 21,144. The index is currently trading at 21,101
