Nasdaq 100 off the lows after the ISM report
The Nasdaq 100 reopened sharply higher today, as was entirely expected. The index kicked off the new session at 19,866 after closing last night at 19,571. It fell back to 19,797 in the first few minutes of trading and then rebounded to a session high, at 19,886. It was falling back below 19,800 again leading into the ISM report, released a few moments ago. Well, for some reason the index did initially fall on that data, hitting fresh session lows at 19,777, but it is rising again just now. There will be more to add on this later this evening, ahead of the important results from Amazon and Apple after the closing bell. The Nasdaq 100 is right now at 19,850
