Nasdaq 100 futures under further pressure right now

On Friday the noted broad based sell-off in US stock markets saw the Nasdaq 100 close 333 points lower, at 20,847. The low point on the session was at 20,718. So, the 1.57% slide in the index on the close did not see any of the usual suspects top the list of underperforming components. That in itself could serve as a warning about the dynamics of that fall. The European stock markets are all still in the red right now and the Nasdaq 100 futures are the weakest amongst its US peers, falling more than 1.25% right now and clearly underperforming relative to the losses across the S+P 500 and Dow Jones futures. The Nasdaq 100 is right now pricing the opening for later on at around 20,555
