Nasdaq 100 futures unchanged after leading the gains on Wall Street last night

All three major US stock market indexes closed higher yesterday and it was the tech sector and the Nasdaq 100 that led the way. The Nasdaq 100 closed 1.01% higher, at 21,503. That helped to lift the S+P 500 by 0.73%, where the Dow Jones struggled by comparison, with a 0.16% higher close. Overnight the Asian markets are mostly higher, but not the Nikkei 225 and that is seemingly holding the Nasdaq 100 futures (and the Dow and S+P too) back just now, even as the European futures advance ahead of the opening. The Nasdaq 100 reached a high of 21,510 yesterday, which was a little short of the high seen on December 20, when it peaked at 21,540. That could be a resistance level later, when live trading resumes. It is also important to note; the NYSE will close early today, at 1pm EST. The Nasdaq 100 futures are currently pricing the opening around where it closed last night
