Nasdaq 100 futures try to battle out direction following Meta and Microsoft results
The eagerly awaited Q3 results from Microsoft and Meta have just been released. Microsoft beat the street own top and bottom line earnings and so did Meta but in terms of revenue on both counts, not by that much in real terms. EPS on both was higher too and in the case of Meta more so. However, the Nasdaq 100 futures initially fell back rapidly to below 20,350. The cash index is of course now closed. The index closed lower, below 20,400 by the looks of it and right now the index futures seem to be struggling to remain at levels above that close. It looks like rather a battle in that regard just now though and one that is yet to forge out a discernibly positive direction
