Nasdaq 100 futures still holding gains this morning

Yesterday the Nasdaq 100 was the best performing major US index. The Nasdaq 100 closed 0.97% higher, at 19,423, with a gain of 185 points on the day. That compared to gains of 0.75% for the S+P 500 and 0.58% for the Dow Jones. The individual stock gains were certainly more balanced yesterday, with none of the usual suspects (save for Broadcom) featuring amongst the best performers on the day. The gains in the Nasdaq 100 helped to lift the S+P 500 to trade at a session high at exactly 5,600. The outlook for both this morning remains positive in terms of the indicative opening levels, but that might change over the next few hours. In fact in relative terms the S+P futures are slightly outperforming right now. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen around 19,440
