Nasdaq 100 futures slide following NVIDIA warning
As noted in the previous update, the Nasdaq 100 futures are markedly lower this morning. Yesterday the index had managed to avoid a lower daily close, but only just. The Nasdaq 100 had earlier lifted just above the 19k handle, peaking at 19,004. The low seen ahead of the close was set at 18,754. The index later closed 34 points higher at 18,830. Well, it is not priced to open close to that level right now and that comes as NVIDIA warns the markets about a $5.5 billion dollar charge due to the US tariffs. The Nasdaq 100 have fallen during the Asian session today and they are close to session lows right now. The opening call right now is around 18,500
