Nasdaq 100 futures slide following Chinese tariff increase news- Nasdaq 100 futures slide

The Nasdaq 100 futures were on the rebound a short while ago, as were the S+P 500 and the Dow Jones. Breaking news a couple of minutes ago from China has seen that country announce fresh tariffs on US imports, of an additional 84% effective from April 10. That has sent the US market and wider risk markets spiralling lower. The Nasdaq 100 futures just got crunched as the S+P 500 dived. The Nasdaq 100 is not pricing the opening below 16,900, right now around 16,870
