Nasdaq 100 futures pressing higher into the opening

The US stock market futures are all still in the green heading into the opening bell in less than 30 minutes now. The leader in that regards is the Nasdaq 100. The index closed last night at 19,824, after peaking earlier in the session at 19,885. The 105 point gain seen yesterday looks like being added too on the opening this afternoon. The index is right now priced to open close to the 19,900 level and the reader is again reminded of the last technical correction level, which is still in place at 19,924. As to whether the index reaches that, or even surpasses it in live trading of course remains to be seen. Shortly after the opening (at 1.45pm) we will get the US flash August PMI data and that could have an impact on direction shortly after the index opening
