Nasdaq 100 futures pare losses ahead of Retail Sales data

The US equity market futures are off their lowest levels of the morning now ahead of the US retail sales data release, at 1.30pm GMT. Earlier the Nasdaq 100 futures were pricing a reopening as low as 16,680. They have now bounced to price that close to 16,750.
