Nasdaq 100 futures leading the way ahead of the opening
In stark contrast to the Dow Jones futures, mentioned in the previous update, the Nasdaq 100 futures are currently pricing a reopening in the opposite direction. The index closed last night at 16,757, aft failing to reclaim the 16,800 handle earlier in the session. Right now the futures are pricing a reopening at above 16,800. The current all time record high for the index was set earlier this week, at 16,860. So the opening shortly today could see the index climb to within striking distance of that record. The Nasdaq 100 is currently priced to reopen at around 16,805
